Email Security

 

Unless you are communicating with an agent in one of our designated departments, we will only ever contact you via these methods:

 

- SMS from a designated Red Training portal.

- Email with offers, notifications or bills from this designated Red Training email– @redtraining.com.au

- Call from a Red Training representative

 

If we send you an email, we will never ask you to provide us with or fill out any security information such as your PIN or Outlook password.

 

If you have received a call, text message or an email that claims to be from Red Training or one of our affiliates but you suspect it is not or the caller is claiming to be from Red Training/affiliates but asking you to provide security information or personally identifiable information please report it to our designated email support@redtraining.com.au by providing:

 

- A screenshot of the text message and the sender’s phone number.

- The date and time and the phone number that contacted you claiming to be from Red Training/affiliate.

- Or by following the alleged email.

 

 

Privacy Policy

 

We collect the following types of information about you:

 

Information you provide us directly:

 

We ask for certain information such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address when you register for a Red Training User Licence, or if you correspond with our Support Team. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service, and may collect information you provide in User Content you post to the Service. We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service. 


 

Analytics information:

 

We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

How long we keep your private profile information:

 

Following termination of your User account, www.red-vbc.com.au may retain your private profile information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any information that you choose to make public on the service may not be removable.
